Exciting news for the Music Stage on Festival Day (16th Sept) – 4 out of 5 acts are confirmed!
Local acoustic artist, Dave Irving, will be first up, breaking us into the afternoon with a range of popular covers from the likes of Ed Sheeran, Passenger and Damien Rice, to name but a few.
Hot off the press, the young, up-and-coming Haverhill band, Dale Bennett and the Incidentals (https://www.facebook.com/dbincidentals/, www.youtube.com/dalebennettmusic ) have just confirmed their place on the stage.
Our penultimate act of the afternoon will be Ipswich singer songwriter, Hannah Scott (http://www.hannahscott.co.uk/), an acoustic pop artist who has supported the likes of Ed Sheeran.
Closing the day will be a band hailing from local technology company ARM, The Electron Thieves, who describe themselves as an “amateur rock band … [who] stray beyond traditional dad-rock to play an eclectic mix of music from across the years – aiming to entertain, astound and embarrass in approximately equal measure”.
We still have space for one more music act, so if you know of a local band or artist keen to get some exposure, then please drop us a line: info@cherryhintonfestival.org
